Every one of these people is invested in helping field service businesses run better.
See what that looks like for yours.
Larry Harding
Chief Technology Officer
Larry is the technical architect behind ServMan. Before building it, he spent years developing software for manufacturing and field service companies. He noticed the two industries had far more in common than most people assumed, and that insight led to a simple idea: build one platform flexible enough to run almost any kind of operation. That idea became ServMan. Today, Larry leads its next chapter, rebuilding the software from the ground up and adding new tools, all guided by the same goal it started with: giving businesses control over everything they run. Outside of work, he spends his time with family, on the golf course, or at the beach.
Education: East Carolina University, B.S. Computer Science, minor in Mathematics.
Patrick Conforti
Chief Executive Officer
Patrick leads ServMan PRO as CEO, but he knew the software long before he ran the company. For more than twenty years he relied on it to run daily operations, so he understands exactly what it does and why it matters. Today he's focused on modernizing and building on what he considers the best all-in-one software in the service industry. Outside of work, he spends his time golfing, fishing, reading, and watching football.
Education: University of Colorado Boulder, B.S. in Information Systems. Sko Buffs!
Ralph Warner

Most of all, he's glad to be back with a team that has always taken pride in its software and its customers. Outside of work, family and golf top the list. He and his wife Carey have two sons who are elite junior golfers, so most weekends and summers are spent at tournaments and on the range.

John Mikita
Principal Software Engineer
John has been part of ServMan for years, which gives him a deep, firsthand understanding of the platform and the people who rely on it. Today he's focused on its continued modernization across the board, from the core application and mobile experience to the Client Portal. That long history with the software puts him in a strong position to help shape where it goes next. Outside of work, John keeps busy with running and spending time with his family.
