Verify the user ID (your license #) and password is accurate.
Check the "Use Passive FTP download" checkbox and test connection again.
Make sure your internet connection works and you have rights to the FTP server.
Check the "Download Beta" checkbox
When you first encounter this error message, do not press any of the 3 buttons until you have tried to resolve the problem.
Press RETRY to continue the installation
If you continue to get this error, contact ServMan Support.
If a user can’t log in and receives this message:
Open Task manager on their workstation and end the Alarm and ServMan.exe files.
