When ServMan is not exited properly by users, you may need to go to the Task Manager on the server or even their workstation to end the ServMan processes manually.
1. Open Task Manager (Right Click on the windows task bar (the grey bar at the bottom of your windows screen) or press control/Alt/Delete and select Task Manager from the list)
2. On the Processes tab, check the “Show processes from all users” checkbox
3. Right Click and End Process for all ALARM.EXE files
4. Right Click and End Process all files starting with SERVMAN
5. Right Click and End Process
