Stop sync and/or Call Escalation services
1. 1. On the Application Server - Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Services
2. 2. Scroll through the list of services to find the ServMan Sync Server
3. 3. Right click and select Stop service
4. 4. If you are running Call Escalation, find the ServMan Call escalation service in the list, right click and press Stop service.
Remember to restart the services once the update has been completed!
