Application updates

Our development team works to add new features and enhance existing features on a regular basis. Performing regular application and report updates ensures you have access to the change. Best of all, the updates are free.

NOTE: Updates MUST be run from the server where the ServMan folder resides (your application server ) as a network and ServMan administrator to ensure you have the appropriate access to run all parts of the update. If you would like assistance with performing any update, please contact ServMan Customer Care.

WINDOWS 8 PRO UPDATE: During the update process the application MAY drop the drive mappings giving an error for the ServMan.exe location.  You will simply need to manually enter the UNC path name for the application directory to overcome this issue.

NOTE: Should you have errors during the update process, click HERE for further information.
