There will come a time when you will want to upgrade the hardware that ServMan is running on. As technology advances storage becomes cheaper, operating systems become outdated, and processors seem slow. PRIOR to upgrading to new hardware, you MUST contact our Support Team at Support@ServMan.com to inform us of your intent. At that time, we will provide you with a Server Migration Form to fill out and return to us.
Our team will review your current installation and work with you on an implementation plan to provide a smooth transition to your new equipment.
