When performing collections activities in ServMan, you will primarily use two (2) screens: A/Inquiry List and A/R Inquiry Detail. The A/R Inquiry List displays a list of clients that have outstanding balances. You can use sort the list by aging bracket, total balance, or any other column simply by double-clicking the column header. This allow you to target customer with the oldest outstanding balances, largest outstanding balances, or whatever method you prefer.
The A/R Inquiry Detail screen provides detailed receivables information for a single client. The Open Balances tab displays all open receivables giving you quick access to this specific invoices when speaking with the client.
