This process assumes that the technician has previously set the order status to OnSite and is taking lunch then returning to the current location and order.
(If the technician goes to lunch between orders then he should just delay marking himself EnRoute for the upcoming order until he finishes lunch.)
Set the order status to OutToLunch. This will:
Log the ONSITE labor time from the start of the OnSite status code.
Change the color of the order to yellow on the schedule board.
When the tech returns from lunch he should set the order status to BackFrmLunch. This will:
Restart the time for calculating his ONSITE time.
Change the color of the order to the OnSite color of green on the schedule board.
When a tech sets the order status to TechComplete ServMan will log his ONSITE time from the most recent OnSite or BackFrmLunch status time.
