1. Edit the Capacity Groups that you want to allow Mobile Scheduling for
• Resource Planning Navigator -> Capacity Groups -> Edit Group
• Check the Allow Scheduling in ServMan Mobile checkbox
• Save Group
2. In Android release 20160916, any order (including follow-up orders) may be Capacity Scheduled in the field. (Previous Android versions required the tech to convert the order from a quote before they could be capacity scheduled.)
3. From the work order, select Capacity Schedule Order from the menu dropdown
4. The device will display the Capacity schedule screen
5. The number of slots required for this new order appears at the top of the screen
6. A week of time slots appear in the bottom section, showing the number of available slots for that date/time
7. Scroll through the list to see the days/times that have availability
• Use the Next 7 Days or Previous 7 Days to find additional availability
• Select the time slot(s) the order requires
• As you select slots, they will appear in the middle section in green
• Note that the top number is reduced and the number of available slots in the time selected are also reduced
• Should you need 2 or more people to help with the work, simply click the same time slot for each person required on the order
8. Use the red X on the right to remove previously selected slots
9. Press Accept Selections when complete and ServMan will do a sync
Note: You can only pick multiple time slots if your work type is set up to allow it
Also note that if the available slots that appear on your device don’t match up to what you see in the back office, make sure the back office branch is set to the same one as the order on the device
