Warehouse Types

Warehouse types allow you to classify warehouses into logical groupings primarily for reporting. Truck, stock room, and job site are common warehouse types.

Add a warehouse type

1. Click Warehouse Types on the Inventory Navigator.
2. Click Add Code.
3. Enter a code and description for each type of warehouse.
4. Click OK.

Edit a warehouse type

1. Click Warehouse Types on the Inventory Navigator.
2. Select the warehouse type you want to edit.
3. Click Edit Code.
4. Update the information as needed.
5. Click OK.

Delete a warehouse type

1. Click Warehouse Types on the Inventory Navigator.
2. Select the warehouse type you want to edit.
3. Click Delete Code.
4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
