Many accounting and job related reports found in ServMan pull information directly from the General Ledger so you can trace the movement of money through the system and know exactly what makes up the information on the report. Below is a listing of the source codes you may find on these reports. These codes and their descriptions may also be found in the Glossary for easy reference.
GJ - General Journal Entry
AR - AR update to GL
AP - AP update to GL
BI - Billing (updated from INVHDR and INVDET)
IN - Inventory update to GL
JAT - Job amortization journal entry
MAT - COGs posting journal entry
WIP - WIP posting journal entry
WPL - WIP Labor journal entry
UTX - Use tax journal entry (Avalara)
